………… Chanakya and Machiavelli
..................
Chanakya Kotlia was born in Taxila. This is three and a half hundred years before the birth of Jesus. At that time, the University of Taxila was one of the largest universities in the world. Great teachers and eminent scholars of their time used to teach here. Chanakya also taught here. He then became an advisor and prime minister to the then great king Chandra Gupta Moriah. It is said that Chanakya's wisdom was behind the establishment and greatness of the Mauryan Empire.
{
The main reason for Chanakya's fame is his famous work "Earth Shastra". What is this book, is an encyclopedia. Law, politics, the art of governance, diplomacy, everything is in it. Chanakya's misfortune is that his overall reputation is that of a clever and up-to-date intellectual. As soon as his name is mentioned, the mind goes towards deception, cunning and deceit. For example, when it comes to foreign affairs, his ideology is to treat neighboring countries as enemies. And know the neighbors of the neighboring countries as friends, that is, the enemy of the enemy should be your ally.
{
Leaving Chanakya there, we take a leap of time and come across Machiavelli, a great fifteenth-century intellectual. Machiavelli was from Italy. Its period is from 1469 to 1527. At that time Italy was divided into different city states. The state of Florence was the most prominent among them. The movement for the revival of science began there. Thus Florence became the cultural center of Europe. Machiavelli performed many diplomatic and military services for Florence. He was a great official. However, this is not the real reason for its popularity. He was primarily a writer and author. It is his pioneering work, The Prince, that has kept him alive to this day. From strategies to perpetuating power to controlling the people and the enemy, every strategy is present in it. He says that there should be a difference between personal and public morality. Whether the people love the ruler or not, they must be afraid! Every possible step must be taken to maintain power. For example, "Unrestrained use of force!" Deception! If the families of the families have to be uprooted, they should be uprooted! Political rivals must be eliminated at all costs. If the people resist, they too will have to be destroyed. Everyone who can challenge the government must be eliminated. Lying, cunning, cunning, deceit, hypocrisy, wherever needed, whenever needed, should be used without hesitation. Great kings, presidents, prime ministers, have been putting this book under their pillows and taking "guidance" from it.

Hafiz Shirazi had said;
The grief of poverty and destitution will not subside
I am the city of Rome and the city of my city
When I get tired of statelessness and travel, I turn to my city and become my own master.
My heart trembles too, so I turn to the ruins of Taxila. What settlements and cities! How people were intelligent, resourceful, beautiful, creative! They left imprints in the fields of painting, sculpture, poetry, philosophy and politics. Ruins ruins Taxila used to walk and think! Coincidentally, no other tourists were there that day. Pass by a stupa, so that it feels as if someone has sobbed! The second time the sob was clearly heard. The sound was coming from the back of the stupa. Curiosity followed. Going to the back, there was a big mound of mud like in this landscape. At the foot of the mound, there were two large stones, like smooth ridges! They were on smooth pillows, two people, hugging each other, crying, sobbing and sobbing. Mixed emotions of surprise and fear froze where my feet were. About five minutes would have passed in the same world, then it seemed as if these two, hugging each other, the men realized that there was a third one here, so they separated from each other. One of them had a shaved head and a long lock of hair hung from his neck, hanging between his arms and chest. He was wearing a long gray shirt. There were wooden stands at the feet. A flash of lightning flashed through my mind and in a second I recognized him. O horror! It was Chanakya! Chanakya Kotlia! Author of Earth Shastra!

I touched his knees with politeness and devotion and asked: O great philosopher! O master of tricks and cunning! Granted, this taxi is your birthplace and you taught it here, but what a sigh! ۔ Give it to me where what grief did you eat? And who is there with you, dressed in a centuries-old style of fringe, who is shouting like you? Chanakya said that this is his old self and Machiavellian! I touched her knees too. Then, in the service of these two geniuses, I told Adab that at the same time, down from these dunes, there is a tea-roofed restaurant. Don't sit there? Chanakya looked at Machiavelli with questioning eyes. He nodded and the three of us sat down. With tea I ordered cake juice. But Chanakya said, "Enjoy!" You have heard our sobs, what have we eaten! Hunger is over! Longing for sleep! Feelings of failure and humiliation creep in all the time. Then they both took a sip of tea and looked into the far horizon into space. Shortly afterwards, Machiavelli addressed me: “My children! For centuries we have had a monopoly on cunning, deceit, deception and lying. Every ruler used to be our disciple for these purposes, but in this age a king has come to the throne whose standard is nothing compared to his! He has set such a price that the men are stuck in it! No one keeps his word, but he constantly claims that he is doing everything! Lies speak with sincerity. Uterus takes day and night. The people are suffering, the price is to consume them! But the king only sits in the court and addresses his subordinates and courtiers! Every failure has such a long history of putting it on the heads of others that we both keep banging our heads! Condemns the enemy so frequently that nothing else understands him! We have become school children in the art that has been our monopoly for centuries! The only thing left for him to do is to write a book that would make his "Earth Shaster" and "The Prince" seem inferior to the alphabetical rule.

Machiavelli said, placing an empty cup of tea on a rough wooden table and walking towards the ruins. Chanakya followed him! I walked towards the demolition with heavy steps to pay for the tea! Chanakya and Machiavelli, of course, were referring to Trump. Little did they know that he was no longer king!
